ASSOMARINAS

The Italian Tourist Ports Association - Assomarinas - has been working since 1972 to create “networks” among the facilities for recreational boating along the Italian coasts. It promotes the exchange of information and services between tourist port operators, assisting members in carrying out their activities for the continuous improvement of the services offered.
It represents operators at regional and national level with the support of Ucina, the Italian Marine Industry Association to which Assomarinas belongs. To support at international level the importance of marinas for recreational boating and to promote the training and updating of operators, Assomarinas also takes an active part in organising the International Marina Conference of ICOMIA (International Council of Marine Industry Associations).
