With 104 territorial offices and 1,400 delegations, the Italian Automobile Club (ACI) manages the Public Registry of Automobiles (PRA) and payment of vehicle licensing. With one million members across the national territory, it owns a number of companies: ACI Informatica, ACI Global, ACI Sport, SARA Assicurazioni, SIAS Autodromo di Monza and ACI Vallelunga. Active in the field of policies for tourism and globalising sports events, for three years now it has been the organising body behind the Italian ACI Formula One Grand Prix. Committed to road awareness, road safety and safe driving education schemes, it protects and promotes the world of classic, vintage and veteran vehicles through the ACI historic vehicles association (ACI Storico).
