A Gubbio esiste una fontana risalente al ‘500 chiamata Fontana del Bargello ma conosciuta ai tanti turisti attirati da essa come la Fontana dei Matti! La sua popolarità è data da una pratica bizzarra: secondo la tradizione infatti, compiendo tre giri intorno alla fontana, è possibile prendere la “Patente da Matto”! Ma solo se si è alla presenza di un eugubino doc, solo se un residente di Gubbio richiede al patente per voi e voi compirete il singolare rito, vi verrà concessa tale esclusiva patente che vi attesterà la licenza di matti!!
